Fix Four Common Pad Printing Pad Defects

Bubbles in the pad usually mean fast stirring or skipped degassing. Stir slowly and vacuum for three minutes.

Tearing after a few uses points to excess cure agent. Keep the ratio at 100 to 2 to 3. Deformation comes from a tilted mold. Level it before pouring and rest the pad flat after demolding. Blurred print often means wrong hardness. Use a softer pad like HY-916 for fine curved graphics. Most defects are process problems, not material grade problems. Review your technique first.
