Batch to batch consistency is critical in pad printing silicone manufacturing. Hongye Silicone has upgraded its quality control system to ensure every batch delivers stable and reliable performance.

Raw Material Inspection Every batch of raw materials undergoes three stage inspection: supplier qualification audit, incoming goods verification and laboratory testing for viscosity, purity and moisture content. Only qualified materials enter production.

Production Monitoring Automated production lines precisely control temperature, stirring speed and reaction time. Quality inspectors sample every 2 hours. Complete production records ensure full traceability from raw material to finished product.

Finished Product Testing Every batch is tested on ten parameters: hardness, viscosity, operation time, cure time, tensile strength, tear strength, elongation, density, appearance and curing performance. Only batches meeting all standards receive COA reports and are approved for shipment.

Customer Feedback Drives Improvement Customer feedback is collected through regular visits and a 24 hour response system. Feedback drives continuous formulation and process improvements, with over 20 improvement projects completed in recent years.
