Recently, Hongye Silicone launched the upgraded HY-902 high wear resistant pad printing silicone. Through formula optimization, tensile strength improved to 4.0MPa, tear strength 24kN/m, elongation 430%, pad head service life exceeds 150,000 prints, and ink solvent resistance is greatly enhanced.

Pad head life increased from 80-100K to 100-150K prints, much higher than economy grade 50-80K.
