Application & Operating Instructions:
- Clean the gel channel with a dry lint-free cloth; make sure no oil, water or latex residue remains. 2. Stir component B thoroughly for 2 minutes before dispensing because the blue pigment tends to settle. 3. Weigh A and B 1:1 by weight, then mix slowly for 3 to 5 minutes until the color is uniform. 4. Pour along one end of the channel and let the gel self-level; recommended pour depth is 15 to 25 mm. 5. Cure 4 to 6 hours at 25C before installing the HEPA filter; full properties are reached after 24 hours. No vacuum degassing is needed. Avoid sulfur, nitrogen, phosphorus and tin contaminants such as latex gloves.
