Don't jump straight into mass production with brand new pads — break them in first:
• Gently wipe the pad surface with thinner to remove mold release agent residue
• Or use clear adhesive tape to repeatedly lift the surface layer
• Do a test run of a few dozen pieces first, wait for the surface to stabilize

How you clean dirty pads matters a lot:
• Best method: Use clean tape to lightly lift ink residue and dust from the surface
• Second best: Gently wipe with a lint-free cloth dampened with a small amount of thinner
• NEVER: Scrub with stiff brushes, scrape with blades, or soak pads in solvent
Wrong cleaning methods damage the pad surface and drastically shorten service life.

How to store pads when not in use:
• Store upright, never let the printing surface touch anything
• Keep away from direct sunlight and high temperatures

• Soft pads should never be stacked — they'll deform
