Robot Skin Silicone, also called simulation skin silicone, liquid human‑body silicone, is addition curing silicone, two‑component platinum catalyzed RTV‑2 silicone rubber. Mix Part A and Part B at 1:1 weight ratio to get flowable liquid silicone. It can be poured by hand or used with low‑pressure injection equipment. No thickness limitation for finished goods.
We divide it into three grades: ultra‑soft type 0‑5A for special‑effect makeup and soft‑tissue simulation; medium‑soft type 10‑15A for robot skin and prosthetic liners; medium‑hard type 20‑30A for durable teaching models. This human body silicone is an ideal replacement for latex, PVC and PU foam. How to Use
- Fully stir Part A and Part B separately to avoid filler sediment.
- Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stir 2‑3 minutes, scrape container bottom and side wall for uniform mixing.
- Vacuum degassing is recommended to remove bubbles.
- Pot life: 30‑40 mins at room temperature. Full curing:4‑8 hours. Heat curing 60‑80℃ can speed up curing process.
Important Notes
Platinum cured silicone will be poisoned by sulfur, tin, lead and other condensed silicone residue. Please clean tools and molds thoroughly before usage. Avoid direct sharp object scratch, long‑time sun exposure and over‑high temperature baking. Skin‑sensitive users need small‑area patch test before large‑area application.
Storage & Package
Packing: A & B component in 5KG, 20KG, 200KG per drum. Transport as non‑dangerous goods. Seal and store in cool, dry place. Shelf life:12 months.
