ultra‑fine texture high simulation robot skin silicone is a newly upgraded high‑precision bionic material developed for hyper‑realistic simulation scenarios. Different from ordinary general‑purpose skin silicone, this formula focuses on ultra‑high detail reproduction, zero distortion and ultra‑soft skin‑friendly touch, solving the common problems of traditional silicone such as blurred texture, large shrinkage, rough surface and unreal skin feeling.

The product adopts 1:1 weight ratio mixing, room temperature curing, heating curing optional. The ultra‑low shrinkage formula effectively controls overall shrinkage within 0.08%, ensuring that tiny textures such as skin pores, fine lines, skin grain and subtle wrinkles can be completely restored without deformation or distortion after curing.

The hardness range covers Shore A 0‑25A. 0‑8A ultra‑soft grade is specially used for human face simulation, eyelid and lip ultra‑thin delicate skin replication; 10‑25A soft elastic grade is suitable for body skin, torso and joint surface simulation. The cured surface is ultra‑smooth and delicate, with natural matte skin texture, no artificial plastic feeling, perfectly fitting high‑end robot face and high‑precision bionic artwork production.

This platinum addition silicone is non‑toxic, odorless and skin‑friendly. It features excellent anti‑yellowing, anti‑aging and stable color retention. Operating Instructions

Stir Part A and Part B uniformly before mixing. Mix at 1:1 weight ratio and stir fully for 2‑3 minutes. Vacuum degassing is recommended to eliminate tiny bubbles. Room temperature working time: 35‑45 minutes, full curing 4‑9 hours. Heating at 60‑80℃ can accelerate curing speed.

Notes

Avoid contact with sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus substances to prevent curing failure. All tools and molds must be thoroughly cleaned. Avoid sharp scratching and long‑term strong ultraviolet exposure. Skin contact products are recommended to do patch test in advance.

Packing & Storage
