Quantity
912 Pad Printing Silicone is a general-purpose wear-resistant two-component room temperature vulcanized (RTV-2) silicone rubber designed for everyday pad printing production. With a balanced hardness of 28±2 Shore A, excellent tensile and tear strength, and stable ink transfer performance, the 912 is the workhorse choice for most standard printing applications.
Key Features
Balanced Hardness, Versatile Performance — At 28±2 Shore A, optimal contact for flat and small-curvature products.
High Wear Resistance, Long Service Life — Withstands tens of thousands of pressing cycles without damage.
Stable Ink Pick-up and Release — Fine, impurity-free texture, sharp and clear patterns.
Good Fluidity, Easy to Process — Low viscosity, easy pouring and degassing, no porosity.
Zero Shrinkage, Dimensionally Stable — Precise shape retention, long-run print accuracy.
Multiple Colors Available — Red, yellow, white, green.
Applications
Electronics, communication devices, plastic toys, PVC toys, stationery, office supplies, promotional gifts, hardware, electroplated products, ceramic and glass decals, trademarks, labels, automotive parts, small accessories.
Operating Instructions
Clean mold, apply release agent, place flat.
Mix component A with curing agent at specified ratio.
Pour slowly, vacuum degassing recommended.
Demold after 2–4 hours at room temperature.
Note: Silicone oil generally not recommended, may reduce wear resistance.
