It produces lightweight, flexible cellular silicone with excellent thermal insulation, shock absorption, and sealing performance. The cured foam is non-toxic, flame retardant (UL94 V-0), and stable across a wide temperature range (-65°C to 200°C).

Operating Instructions
- Weigh & Mix – Mix Part A and Part B by weight at a 1:1 ratio. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until uniform.
- Pour & Expand – Pour the mixture into the desired mold or dispensing area. The material will begin to foam and expand within 1-3 minutes.
- Cure – Allow to cure at room temperature for 10-15 minutes (basic cure). Full mechanical properties develop within 1-2 hours.
- Demold – Once fully cured, carefully remove from mold. No release agent needed for most applications.
- Ensure mixing containers and tools are clean and dry
- Higher ambient temperature speeds up curing; lower temperature slows it down
- Work quickly once mixed — pot life is only 1-3 minutes
Packaging & Storage
- Packaging: 20kg/drum or 200kg/drum
- Shelf Life: 12 months (sealed, stored in cool & dry conditions below 25°C)
- Storage: Keep away from direct sunlight; avoid contact with moisture
