  1. Measure — Weigh Part A and Part B at a 1:1 ratio precisely.
  1. Mix — Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, scraping sides and bottom of container to ensure uniform mixture.
  1. Degas — For best results, vacuum degas at -0.1 MPa for 2-3 minutes (optional for thin pours).
  1. Pour — Pour mixed silicone slowly into mold or onto robot surface.
  1. Cure — Allow to cure at room temperature (25°C) for 4-6 hours, or accelerate curing with heat (30 minutes at 60°C).
