Operation Instructions

  1. Prepare scale, stirring rod, mold, gloves. Clean environment 20-30C.
  2. Weigh Component A accurately.
  3. Add Component B at 100:2 to 100:3 ratio.
  4. Stir 3-5 minutes thoroughly.
  5. Degas 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour into mold, cure 3-4 hours at room temperature. Rest 24 hours before use.

Selection Guide HY-901: 30A general purpose, most economical, for flat and simple curves, beginners. HY-902: 30A high abrasion, longer life, for high volume continuous production. HY-912: 30A multi color, good overprint accuracy, for multi color printing. HY-916: 14A ultra soft, 570% elongation, for complex curved surfaces.
