Application and Operation
Step 1: Prepare tools, clean mold, apply release agent.
Step 2: Weigh 100:2 ratio accurately with digital scale.
Step 3: Stir 3-5 minutes, scrape bottom and sides.
Step 4: Vacuum degas 5-8 minutes at -0.09MPa.
Step 5: Pour slowly into mold from one side.
Step 6: Cure 2-4h at 25°C, demold carefully, rest 24h before use.
