To use HY-916, first prepare the mold master pattern with a clean, smooth surface. Weigh Part A and Part B in the correct 100:2 ratio and mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom of the container. Degas in a vacuum chamber for 3-5 minutes until bubbles stop rising. Pour slowly into the mold, starting from the lowest point. Allow to cure at room temperature for 2-4 hours, or accelerate with mild heat. Demold carefully and trim excess flash. Post-curing at 80°C for 2 hours is recommended for optimal performance.
