2. Outstanding Tear Strength (20-25 kN/m)

Demolding sharp-cornered and deeply undercut parts becomes routine. The silicone flexes without tearing, then springs back.

3. High Tensile (4.5-6.0 MPa) and Elongation (380-480%)

Mechanical strength is engineered into every batch, providing backbone for large or heavy casting applications.

4. Optimal Viscosity (18000-22000 cps)

Lower viscosity means easier mixing, fewer trapped air bubbles, and better surface replication.

5. Flexible Working Time (40-80 min at 25 °C)

Balanced pot-life-to-cure ratio minimizes waiting while eliminating premature-set stress.
